Saturday Free For All

Saturday I let the kids pick out their own clothes. I told them whatever they chose I would just go with it. I pick out their clothes before they even wake up on the week days so I was curious to see what they would come up with. For Carson it was that darm 12 months Texas Tech onesie and yes I snapped it and yes it still fits, brown and white sleep shorts and the black slip on shoes that he always claims are his school mate's Julian's shoes. He still wears them but always tells me, "Mommy these are Julian's shoes."

Kate's was a total surprise. She went upstairs and came down with this ensemble. She was just so proud that she picked a blue shirt to match the blue shorts. She went awry with the socks and shoes though.

But really fashion sense all comes down to how confidently you wear it and my girl rocked this outfit. And when we went to Kroger and got the weird looks or the sympathetic looks (from other Moms:) I wanted to tell them yep they're all mine!

God has said, "Never will I leave you, never will I forsake you." So we say with confidence, "The Lord is my helper. I will not be afraid. What can man do to me?" Hebrews 13:5-6
