Christmas Day

Ok funny story. My kids were so excited Christmas Eve. They were talking about Santa coming. We looked him up on the computer to track him and read ' Twas the Night Before Christmas. I was so excited for them because I knew they had finally connected it all....And then this morning they both woke up and acted like they had no idea what was going on. On school days I usually let them watch a short cartoon before we leave and that's the first thing they asked for. I said , "Guys do you remember who was supposed to come to our house last night?" They looked at me blankly and said, "I dunno Mommy...Who?" Really??? I had to spell it out for them. Hilarious!!! But once we got downstairs it was game on! We had an incredible day. So much happiness and laughter and smiles and hugs and "I love yous"

The first look:)

His reactions were priceless...

Kate got an awesome doll house

This 8 foot racing track was a total hit!

A captain America car. Where does Santa find these things? :)

Yes he is hugging his monster truck. This boy always has some kind of vehicle in his hand. Last night he went to bed tightly clutching a hotwheels car in his hand.

Another great reaction!

Beautiful.

Thanks guys.

Another huge hit. Football guys. My kids love to line things up.

The kids also loved this marble run.

Had to get a photo of the toy explosion

Have you ever played Zingo? It's bingo with pictures. The kids loved it.

We wrapped it up with a Christmas dinner. I got the best Christmas present when Carson ate all of of his peas.

This train table is amazing and the kids played all day on it. However it was no joke to put together! I was thinking about looking for an online support group for parents who put this bad boy together. I feel very accomplished now. :)

God has said, "Never will I leave you, never will I forsake you." So we say with confidence, "The Lord is my helper. I will not be afraid. What can man do to me?" Hebrews 13:5-6
