Photo A Day July 20th Eyes

Both of my kids have the most beautiful eyes. The shape comes from their Daddy but the beautiful blue is more of mystery. I have green eyes and Jared has hazel eyes so credit for the color goes to the grandparents. My Mom and grandfather have beautiful blue eyes. It's interesting because I have my grandmothers green eyes when my Mom has blue and my Dad has brown. Can you say recessive gene?
